WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you place an order on our website, you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, and a password if you’re creating an account. All such information is held on secure servers. Portogram complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and we'll treat all your Personal Information as fully confidential.
If you are making a payment, we will also require payment information, which will be processed by our payment processing merchant. We do not retain your credit or debit card details.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We confirm that any Personal Information you provide to us is held in accordance with the EU Data Protection Directive 2018.
We use your information only for the following purposes:

• Processing your order.
• To notify you by email of products, services, promotions and new additions to our website that may be of interest to you, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
a. Individual colleagues who need it to do their job, such as processing your online orders or dealing with enquiries and complaints.

Our business partners and reputable third party companies who process our credit card transactions and deliveries (for example: Credit Card Merchants, PayPal, Royal Mail, Courier Company) who need your details to process your payment and deliver your goods to you. These third parties each receive only the information they as a company need to verify and authorise your payment and to fulfil your order. WHERE DO WE STORE AND PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
Your name, email address and telephone number is stored within OpenCart (our safe and secure website management system), when you create an account or at the point of ordering.
Our secure accounting software, Xero which is used to store your personal information and process your orders.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
Due to the nature of our business, it is important for both parties (yourselves and Portogram) that we hold your data and order history. This will enable us to assist you in the future based on products you’ve previously ordered.
If however, you request that your personal information be removed from our secure database, we will remove it.
